Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Shipping

All goods will be shipped within 24 hours 10 a.m to 5 p.m, mon – fri, within receiving the order.

All orders are posted via Certified post Correos España, unless otherwise agreed between the client and Minimikids.

The client assumes responsibility for shipping costs at a price previously agreed by both parties in the order confirmation.

Orders of 100 eu or over will be free of shipping cost for the client.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please e-mail info@minimikids.com to request a refund, and stating the reason for your return. Refunds will be sent upon reception of returned goods.

3. Refunds on postage and packaging will only be offered in the case of faulty goods or errors on the part of Minimikids.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacture fault.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size, color or style. Unless the exchange is due to error on the part of Minimi or manufacture fault all postage and packaging fees will be assumed by the client of Minimikids.
